BRAIN INJURY TIPS.....

  • Walk 30 minutes a day to prevent weight gain.
  • Drink lots of water to keep the brain hydrated.
  • Eat healthy feel good foods. My favorites are apples, celery, carrots.
  • When feeling pessimistic, speak words of encouragement and hope to yourself. Rather than saying, "I feel awful." Say, "Thank you God for this day and for all my many blessings."
  • Call a friend everyday
